Psalm 2 is the most quoted Psalm in the New Testament.  Why?  Because it illustrates a pattern of world history that is rebellious, chaotic and continual, even to today.  Don’t worry though, the King is on the throne and all will be made right.  In the meantime, you have a choice in how you respond.
